Days like today are the reason why i am over weight! Cloudy, gloomy gross looking days make me lazy and grumpy. . Been working out for a week and a halp and lost 5 lbs..i need to lose more. But lack the motivation. Help anyone? I still have another 20 lbs to lose to meet my goal. Any tips ? Ways to keep myself motivated ?
