BLAH!

Days like today are the reason why i am over weight! Cloudy, gloomy gross looking days make me lazy and grumpy. . Been working out for a week and a halp and lost 5 lbs..i need to lose more. But lack the motivation.  Help anyone? I still have another 20 lbs to lose to meet my goal.  Any tips ? Ways to keep myself motivated ?  Im new to the site but im thinking that this is what i need to help me succeed in this weight loss escapade!

    I know how you feel. Gloomy days are made for curling up with a good book or movie (or two) but this is the reason I am still struggling with the last 20 or so lbs. I joined a gym to force me to go. My husband joined too so we can motivate each other. Grab a friend or loved one and work out together. summer is almost here :) You can do it
