Blogilates: day 18 - Back at it again

Last time I went on this site was 2 years ago and I guess I'm just looking for support and to support others going through the same journey as me.
I've been exercising for the last few weeks and have got into a good routine. Today actually was my rest day and I've been following a Pilates workout calendar. I did a 10 minute video for leg stretches and a 10 minute video to help me to the splits.
I am on day 18. I've been doing it slowly but surely. I've also been recommended a 30 day yoga challenge on YouTube after this. See how it goes :)
I'm also doing this to lose weight but of course I want to do it in a healthy way and mainly I want confidence.
