Bloody Back day

chins 10, 7, 5 all body weight with a little help from my legs.
Bent rows 185x10 205x10 225x9
Deadlifts(here is the bloody part LOL more in highlights)
225x10 275x10 315x7 then 3 more (see highlights) 335x5
Lat pull down superset back then front I did 3 sets first numbers are behind the head second is to the front
100x10 100x9 112x8 112x7 130x7 130x5
cardio treadmill 20 mins 179cals burned
Highlights: one is the chins are coming along nice! Ok here is the story. I was in the middle of my 2 set of deads and I was at rep 7. I looked into the mirrior and saw my left shin was bloody. I stopped at 7 stopped the bleeding. At that point I decided to finish the 315 set and go to 335. I got my chalk out smeared it to both shins and did just that. Was not till my shower that I realized that all the hair in a 4 inch long path that is 2 inch wide had been ripped out. Also there were two older ladies there and you should have seen the looks on their faces!
Lowlights: wanted 335x8 would have gotten it but for the blood.
