Finally, I can get to my information on my body changes.

January 1st, 2007 - why not start at the beginning of the year.

March 18th ? Prior to starting the New Rules of Lifting with the Break In Program

May 19th ? After Fat Loss I

June 17th ? After Fat Loss II

July 13th ? After Fat Loss III

January 1st/March 18th/May 19th/June 17th/July 13th

While I was disappointed with some of the what I feel are non-changes, overall, I learned I can dump weight pretty quick with the right program. The challenge is keeping the muscle at the same time. Ha. That is a learning experience, I'm sure.

So, next on my radar is the Hypertrophy Program from NROL. In the meantime, I'm doing my Transition Workout, or whatever you want to call it, till I can focus on it fully. Now I just have to be careful with what I shove in my mouth. Somehow pizza has been making it's way into my house. Darnit.

I'm likening the fat loss to the stock market, gotta be in it for the long run. Don't give up in the short term, cuz the payoff will be much greater after time. (you hope)
