Down a pound and down 2% bodyfat from the last comp!!!!!! YEAH!
workout felt good today, strng - carbs last night :)
warm-up not included
BB curls 50X12, 55x12, 60X8, 60X6
Alt DB curls 1st two sets I went up the rack, last set dropped.
1st set 12X8 15X8 20X8 25X8 30X4
2nd set 15X8 20X8 25X8 30X4 35X1 lol had to try it...
3rd set 35X4 30X5 20X10 15X12
Incline curls 15x12, 20X10 drop 25X6 20X6 15X8 rushed it a little
Skull crushers 55X12, 60X8 &6 negative, 60X7&6 negative
Bench dips 3 sets 50X12
single tri pressdown 45X12, 50X10, drop 55X8 45X6 30X6 nothing left :)
cardio later!
Oh and I did my 45 minutes cardio yesterday afternoon on the elliptical.
