Did the crossfit "Annie" workout 3 times through this morning, once with crunches, once with oblique crunches and once with reverse crunches...that took maybe 40 min total, finished off with 30 minutes on elliptical, LI.
Then went to bodybuilding/posing seminar. lots of good info on pre-contest prep, dieting training, etc and some good posing instruction.
