break about to end

i took a week off to rest after 8 weeks of training. i'm going to change things up a little as far as reps go for the next two months, but i'll continue to do medicine ball, plyometric, and stability work similar to what i'm doing now.

i'm also thinking about adding cleans to my workouts, but will have to gauge how stable my lower back is before i commit to that.

i am welcoming suggestions for exercises to add.
