Lunchtime; one rotation, 3sets x various reps
single-arm DB bench (70 LBS x 6 reps
DB inclined Bench 50 LB x 8 Reps
Push-up x 30 ea
This is where its gets a little tricky, here we throw in a circuit of two exercises, epeat the circuit two or three times
irst is the DB Iclined Fly x 8 reps (25 LB)
then parallel-bar dip x 10 rps
then back out of the circuit and to the last exercise
seated single arm external rotation. ok it would be nearly impossible to explain that one, This routine comes from the Men's Health Ipod app for workouts and it is called "better chest"
