Building Mass

I have one goal and one goal only right now and thats to build mass I have done plenty of research listened to plenty of experts, and I got the same advise in order to build mass I must left Heavy & Eat. Rep's are to be no more then 6 to 8 if I can left a weight more then that in one setting its to light and if I cant reach that mark its to heavy & with my metabolism I know how I need to eat, but if any one has any thing to add or comments feel free to share.
