Bumed out

I was to start lifting about two weeks ago yet have needed hold off. I developed a very pain wrist, with what appears to be (can't get the spelling right) gangelon. Think it has to do with the amount of computer us I am doing. So have decided to take a another week off. I am treating doing self treatment, wrist stretches, rotations etc. plus taking a supplement to reduce swelling, pain.
ON a better note have been really watching my food intake, ensuring eating the right carb, protiens, etc. Along with doing cardo, and ab work. Have lost about 8 to 9lbs. Down from 190 to about 182. Most of my workout is occuring at the dojo so this is a good thing.

    Keep the diet good, and you will be fine through this. You will be back at the weights sooner than you think. Good job in staying focused in less than optimal times for you.
