I was to start lifting about two weeks ago yet have needed hold off. I developed a very pain wrist, with what appears to be (can't get the spelling right) gangelon. Think it has to do with the amount of computer us I am doing. So have decided to take a another week off. I am treating doing self treatment, wrist stretches, rotations etc. plus taking a supplement to reduce swelling, pain.
ON a better note have been really watching my food intake, ensuring eating the right carb, protiens, etc. Along with doing cardo, and ab work. Have lost about 8 to 9lbs. Down from 190 to about 182. Most of my workout is occuring at the dojo so this is a good thing.
