OK...so its not tuesday...but I still busted my butt!!!!

Squats 45lbs(w/bar)12 reps superset with plie squats 20reps

3sets
Walking Lunges 12lbs 12reps ea leg superset with jump squats 20 reps (ohhhhh...the pain...)

Step-ups 8lbs 12 reps ea leg superset with reverse lunges 20reps ea leg

3sets
Romanian dead lifts 110 lbs 10 reps....TWELVE reps last set(YES thats RIGHT...I f'ing ROCK!!!!!!!!) superset with hip extension 20 reps ea leg


20 minutes treadmill....hows that go Chellie...because I WANTED to!!!!!!!!


OK laundry time...not so exciting....
