busy bee

Been working like crazy, doing my workouts..this week has been an off week, instead of my set routine I have been going in and doing whatever I feel like to work the assigned muscle groups for the day. Some weeks are like that, and it works out just fine.

Here's my review blog, I will add more recipes and tips soon.

I have had some upheaval in my life, and don't have internet at home right now..
