Butt's getting tighter by the hour...I can feel it!

I'm so proud of me getting up at 4:30 a.m. even on a day I am not going to work.

Squats -- 3 sets 12x95 (2), 10x95 superset with 3 sets of 20 plie squats.

Walking lunges -- 3 sets 12x20's superset with 3 sets 20 jump squats.

Step ups -- 3 sets 12x20's (12 on each side per set) superset with 3 sets 20 reverse lunges (each side).

SLDL's--3 sets 12x95 superset with 3 sets 20 swiss ball hip extensions.

I really focused on the lessons learned from that instructional video Menace posted for squats. Really felt myself sitting back with weight on my heels. My form is improving and I'm not having trouble getting low. I'll just keep the weight where it is until I'm sure I can keep my form at a heavier weight.

I'm trying to encourage my training partner to go lower, suggesting she might need less weight or a slightly wider stance, but I don't want to be too pushy. I can tell she is watching me and trying to get lower. I've looked around and nobody is going as low as me!

I'm picking my baby girl (and her new bf) up from the airport this evening. Can't wait! She's been in Tennessee since October and has finally come to her senses.
