C25K wk3 (again lol)
I made it through week 1 and 2 just fine but week 3 got pretty difficult so i decided to spend one more week on it. tomorrow is wk3 workout 3 and I feel way more confident about going into week 4. My race is November 3rd so I have to keep going. Next week i'm getting some running shoes since I feel like I will be sticking with this. I started take a mutlivitamin and stretching better so I think i'm getting the hang of this. I am also going to a good running form clinic next week after that I should be all set!
