Notes: I could have done a lot more weight on the standing dumbell curls. This workout completes week 3 of gator's program. I have to say I am happy with the results. I did not keep my diet close to par throughout the workout and that bothers me. So when I am done I will not see optimal results. No excuses from me. I need to get my head on right.
