Can't believe the 2nd week is almost done!

We got a late start this morning, so only did one warmup set of 10x20 for the light bentover dumbbell rows.
One arm db rows: 4 sets, 15x25, 12x30, 10x35, 8x40
Narrow grip pulldowns: 3 sets, 12x60,10x70,8x70
(was unable to add a small plate in the manner that Amy suggested just because the contruction of the machine--the weight stack is surrounded by a metal frame that would not allow for deep enough penetration of the pin after going through the plate. There is another machine that will allow it, but we're partial to that particular machine and are hesitant to change.
Flat DB Bench Press: 4 sets, 15x20,12x25,10x30,8x30
Flat DB Flys: 3 sets, 12x25,10x25,8x25
Rear Delt Flys: 4 sets, 12x15,10x15,8x15
front raises: 4 sets, 12x15, 10x15, 8x15
It was Maricela's idea that we start the front raises with 15's...my elbows were both pretty sore afterward.
Okay, will go back tonight for HIIT. I'm lucky the gym is only a couple of blocks from my work, makes it a lot harder to make excuses. Maybe I can skip out early and nab a treadmill--I'm beginning to fear I will never get near one again.
