Can't i just wake up skinny
Woke up this morning feeling pretty beaten.
Aren't you supposed to loose the most weight in your first week? now i did not expect to have lost all 20kg, but would have setteld
for 2kg.
I am trying to convince myself to look on the bright side of things, by telling myself that at least i haven't gained any weight, just after caught myself considering starvation.... scary.
When did my weight become such an issue? When did it stop being easy to loose weight and get fit.
Taking a break from exercising and diet this weekend, will eat all in moderation and allow myself 1 glass of wine tonight.
