I've smoked waaaay to much in my life already to have any sort of memory left, I don't even remember how many times I've gone to the Gym already, it must be 3/4?Either way, that must be a good sign because It seems I'm already (mentally) easing naturally into my new hobby. Every night I am due to go to the Gym I just think "Don't waste what you've earned so far, all of those expensive shakes and all of those fun things you've missed because you dedicated your mind to the gym that day. Wasted." Then I look at myself in the mirror, I'm still due to take some progress photos, I ballsed up by not taking one before I started but lets just say I was podgy. But now I see definition begining to show already and I don't want to loose that.I think the early results are definatly down to the few months intense cycle cardio I enured before joinging the Gym. It was that re-gained interest in fitness (and escaping the house to have a spliff) that inspired me to get back in the gym and imporve my state of mind and body. So in a way, thanks MJ! (UPTOKE)Lastly, I mentioned the lack of bicep workouts in my training plan recently, I can now say that it looks as though bicep trainign has begun. Some tough standing bar curls and dumbell curls yesterday had my arms twitching for hours after working out. Not only that but the squats, OH THE SQUATS! SOOOO many squats, I personally think they are futile compared to a good bike ride, my ass has been in impecable shape for the last two months due to my excessive bike riding and the end of the winter months tieing in together.Next update after Saturday's morning workout. That should be interesting.
Bottom note: If you're looking for a protien shake that actually goes down without making you choke on the vile taste. MAXIMUSICLE PROMAX, only 200ml of cold water and what tastes like lidl milkshake mix and it does the job.
