Cardio

I start my new routine on Monday, so in the meantime, I've been sliding in some cardio here and there... I used the Concept II today. Did that "Teti" routine again.

Warm Up Two minutes
Intervals 10 strokes, 60 second rest, 15 strokes, 60 second rest, 20 strokes. Did three rotations of that.
Cool Down About three minutes.
Total Time 15 minutes.

Followed with some stretching.
