Started with pushups (31 in a row)

Half an hour on a recumbent bike.. apparently I burned 208 calories (probably not even close to the cheese cake I had last night) and hit a heart rate of 135 or something like that....

Followed with chinups (9 in a row)

Foam roller and then some stretching.
