CARDIO and Manic energy!!!

Put on the tunes and set up a step with two risers to start with, then one set of risers, then no risers for the lower intensity portion...threw in plyo jumps on and off box, jumping rope, jump knee ups, up and down as fast as possible for the HIIT intervals..had a hard time stopping today, lol. EXTREMELY hyper, a good song would come on and I would start running up and down again, even though I was supposed to be doing the lower intensity portion. finished (I thought) off on the treadmill...then still really hyper, so I went back in the studio and worked my abs until I couldn't move, lol, and then did a little more.

Got home and mowed the lawn and now FINALLY sitting and eating sludge..still hyper, lol. Must be entering a manic phase or something :)
