Did do another 20 minute session on the treadmill for 20 minutes of standard cardio....whew, 2 cardio sessions in one day. Keeping the goal in front of me. Had my bodyfat tested yesterday, came to 9%. I think this probably means 8%, as she is usually off, but anyway enough motivation to make me feel a bit behind. So, more cardio than I want to do! Got to create that calorie deficit.
