Cardio Day

Just got back in from the gym. Did my Cardio... I did 26 minutes, almost 2 miles. I ran 10...walked 3, ran 5, walked 3, then ran 5 to finish it. Cooled down by doing light leg presses at 100lbs, and calf raises at 90 lbs. 3 sets each. Not bad, for just being my Cardio day. I have a trainer now as well, that is going to be working with my diet. I feel great though, and it's good to just be a little active again. Stay strong ya'all!
