Cardio Queens Unite

I didn't want to get up at 4:00 a.m. to go the gym just to do cardio and abs, so I got up at 5:00 a.m. and did one of my The Firm videos with the "Transfirmer." Ugh...tape is way too dancy...when it got to be too much coordination for me to stay in step, I just did step ups with 10 lb. dumbbells. Went for about 35 mins. then quit to do abs.

I have to look up crossover crunches--I was thinking they were the ones where you twist and crunch to one side or another, but those are the oblique crunches. So, I did a twisting side bend thing with 10 lb. dumbbells--2 sets 15 each side, 3 sets of the double crunches with ten lb. db on my chest, oblique crunches holding 10 lb. dumbbell overhead (2 sets). I was running out of time...maybe I'll do more tonight and do them right.
