Cardio resistance

Hit it slow at first but found that my energy levels were high so got stuck in big style.  Insanity programme is great for a shot intense workout, and the short sharp style suits my needs.  Eating every 2 hours has been a greta help as it means I dont binge on choccy.  (What a lovely word, I think i will say it again.choccy!)  My metabolism is good and I dont seem to be storing fat.  fluid intake is good also.
