So, I felt motivated. I laced up my sneakers after pulling on my neon yellow shrt and black with neon yellow striped pants. Tuned in my ipod to Shinedown and I tell the family that I am going out. Things were going great till I noticed that my pants were saging down a little. This pair of pants elastic tie was broken and tied in knots. Something I didn't realize when I bought the pair at a used clothing store. So, instead of going back home I roll the pants a couple of times and readjust my binder (a garment that flattens my chest) and contiue my walk/run. Forty minutes later. I arrive home covering two miles.
My legs didn't hurt this time (I get extreme shin splits that have been cause me to not run- or even walk- due to pain). Making that a bonus. Rewarded myself with a mug of hotchocolate with a misture of water and 1% milk
