cardio wednesday

cardio 20 min hiit and ball crunches
my friend was feeling down and wanted to go jog after work so i got in another 31 minutes of jog/walk.
3 sets of walking lunges
1 set of side step lunges.

getting a good grove back. I will be working some weights back into the workout soon...
