Had to work this morning...arggghhhh....hate days. Oh well, went directly to gym after work with my wife, had 1/2 a Myoplex, we split one, and hit abs and did some cardio.

Cardio...Stepper/20 min./217 cal.


Abs...

Upper pulley crunches
100x50,160x15,165x10,165x10,100x50

Weighted leg raises
2 sets of 10x10
