So the last couple days have been pretty good. My diet was pretty much the same for both days so I'll only post it once. Other than that I wasn't able to get to lifting today, got busy doing something. However I was able to do some cardio. Better than nothing right. :-D
6 am: 1 whole egg, 7 egg whites, 1 cup oats, splenda, and sugar free syrup, 2 1200mg fish oil
10 am: 2 scoops whey protein, 3/4 cups oats
12 pm: about that much sloppy joe mix, I didn't measure it out today. So 97% fat free beef, sloppy joe spices, tomato paste. Of course I didn't eat the whole pound of meat.
3:30 pm: Protein bar 290 cal, 9 g fat, 31 g protein, 23 g carbs
5 pm: 1/4 cup almonds
6 pm: workout
7:10 pm: PWO shake 1 scoop whey protein
8 pm: 6oz chicken, 3/4 cup brown rice
Yesterday:
20 min on elliptical and 20 minutes HIIT on bike
Today
20 minutes HIIT on bike
I will be lifting tomorrow.
