Catch Up!

Okay so I have struggled a lot latley. In the 2013 year I tried and tried to loose weight but I kept gaining. I lost 3 close family members that year. I gained a toatal 130 lbs since that happened. I did good in september. i lost from 375 to 302 but by the end of the month I am back up to 350. and over the holiday I lost 30 lbs so I am at 320 currently.I want to be back down in the 190's and to do that I need to loos 130 lbs. I am open to any health tips, work out ideas, anything. i just want my active life back. I am tierd of being out if breath. I want to be able to run 3 miles in 18 min. again. Please any information will help. please. today i am going to do 25 setups 25 push ups, and 3 minet planks. I am lastly going to run around the track 2 laps at the least. I am also looking for a partner to help keep each other on track. So anyone feel free.

    My hat goes off to you. Great Job!!!! You're giving me inspiration to start my day 1 tomorrow. Today was the last day of me eating with old habits and starting back to the gym. I've gained 20+lbs since August 2013 and its affecting everything about me. I'm working my way around this program to see how everything works. But my plan is to do 3 days in the gym to start and 2 days working exercises at home and back to walking everyday. We'll work at keeping each other inspired and on track if you'd like. Again Great Job!

    I think you are amazing! It would be so easy for you to give up but you are keeping at it. Good for you! I am inspired. Also totally impressed that you can do 25 pushups - After 3 I am ready to throw up. :)
