Catching Up--Monday's Workout

Okay, I caught a cold and missed last Thursday and Friday. Actually, Thursday I probably would have been fine--woke up on time and just had sniffles but my bf made me an offer I couldn't refuse. By Thursday night I was miserable so I skipped Friday's workout (but not work) and took it easy on the weekend.

BB Bench Press: 4 sets 65x12,70x10,75x6,75x7
Incline DB Press: 4 sets 12x25(2), 9x25, 6x25
Cable Crossovers: 3 sets 25x12,30x12,35x10
Assisted Pullups: 4 sets 8x80,6x80,6x80,6x80, plus 1x60 (just testing--will I ever be able to myself up with no assistance?) Anyway, I am improving. Body weight is 135 so actual weight is only 55--no too impressive.
Seated cable row: 3 sets 12x60 (2), 8x80
Standing Lat Pressdowns: 3 sets 12x30 -- this continue to be a challenge. Tried 40 lbs. and I just lose my form.

Did some machine abs in the morning--3 sets of 15 at 40 lbs. then ran out of time.

Came back in the evening for 20 minutes on bike and 30 on the elliptical (with warmup/cooldown). Did another set of abs, no weight, using an ab roller style machine.

Lets not talk about diet this week, k?
