Challenge!?!??!

Can anyone tell me how to create a challenge on this site? Thanks!

    Go to the "community" heading at the top of the page. Then click on "groups". Near the top of that page is a button that says "create a group" . Knock yourself out. You are welcome to join the ongoing challenge entitled "Challenge". Everybody is welcome. You may want to post future questions in a group forum. Not many people look at the flogs.
