changing thing

ok so i started a new diet. it consists of 3 lean shakes and a protein bar. plus dinner at night with the family. so i s this a good diet to pursue? also i have started working out again. been 7 years. what would be a good routine.

right now i run on eliptical for 25 mins, folowed by legs weight training on mon, back,shoulders and biceps on wednesday, and chest triceps on friday... any sugestions?
