Checking In...

Hi everybody!!!  Sorry it's been a week or so.  I have been extremely busy, but wanted you to know that I am still doing good in my training for the 5K.  I have been so busy with family events, work, etc that I haven't been able to keep up with my check ins and FLogs, thankfully, I have an awesome app that I have been using on my phone that tracks and saves my exercises i've been doing.  So as soon as I get a minute, I will updated everyone on my training for the last two weeks.  Just know that I do pilates three times a week which i've kept up on.  It's great for my back issues.  My more relevant training I want to track here are for the 5k and weight training, which I haven't fully gotten back into yet.

I hope everyone is doing well.  Remember, even if you can't get on here everyday for your check in, it's important to always make time for your exercising.  Keep on pumpin!
