bench press-trying to use the cage as a spotter, well it failed I had a worse workout then last week;
135x10 185x10 205x6 225x3, at this point I left flat bench and went on to incline
155x10 175x8 185x8
Flies-machine 50x12 70x10 80x8
I then went back to flat bench
155x10 175x10 185x10
Chest press machine 150x10 175x5
Cardio-20 min
Highlights: none felt it all sucked
