Flat bench flyes 40x10 45x8

Highlight: Felt great and strong. Hit 5 reps on 225! Soon be back to where I want to be. I took all of last week off save monday. I think I needed the total rest. Scale this morning says 285 a 30lb loss!
Lowlights: None really I need to eat though before going!
