Travel tomorrow. Lake this weekend. Water temps are holding at 70 even though we cooled down a bit. I am back in business swimming until October. This is a huge part of my fitness plan. I find garden work and walking more difficult lately thanks to arthritis. Lifting creates perpetual mild soreness but it's tolerable. Swimming is no impact, no sweat and very litle soreness. The constant motion is soothing as well. That's as close to complaining as I'll get.
