Chest, abs and light cardio
Today was the chest day and it went pretty well
Smith Machine Incline Press - 2 x 12x20, 2 x 10x30
Machine bench Press - 2 x 12x40, 1 x 10x50
Standing Cable Crossovers - 2 x 12x21 ,1 x 7 x 28 (well I tried for 10 but couldn't quite get there)
Twisting Crunches - 2 x 15x5
Bent Over Twists - 2 x 15 x 6
Leg Raises - 2 x 15x2 (thanks for the advice on this one Charlie)
Lying Front Kicks - 2 x 15
Crunches - 2 x 15x5
Then a fast walk on the treadmill for 25 minutes for some light cardio
