Incline 135x10(easy) 155x8(not so easy) 165x7(hard)
Machine fly 70x10 80x10 60x10
Eliptical trainer 20 mins interval at level 3
Highlights-strenght seems to be comeing back faster than ever before after such a long break. Cardio is great I really felt it today must have been the increased pace I put out.
Lowlights-inside right forearm really hurt this morning for the first set or so of my bench. will have to watch it.
SIDE NOTE: My wife and I talked last night, she is worried that since my father had a freak heart attack(his veins behind his heart were shaped funny and cause a blockage..they said it was a freak thing, but a good one they caught it before he had a bad attack), that I am going to have problems in a few years at my current weight. She is talking about the stomach bypass surgery. I admit it would be fantastic to losse a lot of weight quickly, but I am more concerned about muscle loss and that I feel I could not contintue my workouts since I need to eat to lift. So I am at a loss. I told her I will look into it next year as that is when we could afford it. So I have to do a lot of reasearch on it.
