Incline 135x6 155x6 175x5 185x3
Flyes 50x10 55x10 65x6
Dips 4sets of 6 reps
Highlight: Hitting 225x3 is a big deal for me I think. It is a ASPR I am sure and soon will hit 225x5
Lowlights: Dips
