Chest and recap of last week.

Well first the workout
Bench 135x10 185x10 225x5 175x12 155x6
Incline 155x10 175x7 185x5
Flat bench flyes 40x10 45x10
Machine flyes 80x10 90x10
Cybex chest press 125x10 175x5
cardio 20 mins 350cals burned

Highlight: none
Lowlights: 225x5 what the F? I mean I can get 10 on that I know it. It felt so heavy! At least the rest fo the workout went ok.

Recap last week I missed 1 day of cardio and shoulders and Triceps were missed. In my defense I was sick and my son was up each night.
