Chest and Shoulders (again kids caused issues)

Went to do chest ON A MONDAY(Monday=Great North American Chest Day) at the YMCA. SO i ended up Having to wait for 20 mins for a bench. I would have done legs or back but those were still a bit sore.
Flat bench(ALL BENCH WAS WIDE GRIP)
-135x10 155x10 185x10 205x5 215x5 185x8 135x10
Incline 135x10 145x8 155x8
Decline 135x10 155x10 185x10
Incline DB flyes-30x15 35x10 45x10
Seated MP press barx15 05x10 105x8 115x8 (wide grip)
Up right rows ( i used a EZ curl bar) 70x10 80x10
Laterals 20x15 25x12 30x10
Rear delts 20x15 25x12 30x10
Shrugs-225x15 245x10 275x10 315x10 365x10 405x10
Arnold Presses 20x15 25x12 30x10.
Highlights: I got 215x5 on flat bench. All Bench exercises were done with Pointer(first finger) on ring. Very wide grip for me.
Lowlights: Fir the 3rd workout in a row one of my sons caused me to leave early. They all did it in order from youngest to oldest. I did the lateral, rear delts and shrugs and Arnold presses at home. Arnold presses were done sitting on my basement floor feet out in front back against the metal pole that supports the beam.
