Bench 135x10 175x10 185x10 195x10 205x9 225x5
Incline 155x10 165x7
Incline fly 35x10 40x10 45x10
Machine fly 110x10 120x10 130x7

skullcrushers 80x10 90x10 100x10
press downs/rope pull downs 3sets each superset(I do not give the weight cause each cable pulley is different)
Kickback 30x10 35x10 40x10
Bench dips 2 sets 0f 10

Highlights My chest actually burned during the benching. I did each set very slow and controlled, lettign the bar touch my chest and stay there 1-2 secs then power it up. I paid strict attention to form on these. My tri workout left them so tight and sore that my fingers went numb.

Lowlights nothing major.....just missed the heavy bench.
