Highlights: Bench I hit 185x4 I only wanted 3 but had a good spotter and got 4!!!!! Also on the SK I hit 90x8 on my last set!!!!

Lowlights: Only thing is that I wanted to do more "mass/compound" movements for triceps. BUT as it was Monday or the Great North American Bench Day at the gym I was forced to do rope pull downs while waiting for a bench to free up so I could do Close grip. I did a bit more on the rope and as a result my tris were tried for the close grip. AND I wanted to do dips but the dip station was full up hence the "V" bar press downs.
