Rack bench (bar 4 inches off chest) 95x3 135x3 155x3

Dips BW only 4 sets 6 reps each

Highlights: Nothing jumps out as being great other than this was a solid workout. Nothing fancy the weights were hard to finish off and that was good.

Lowlights: Maybe a few bench sets to manny but my Tris were fried.....so the over all Volume for direct Tri work was lower they got a good workout.
