Incline (barbell) 135x10 155x8 155x5
Hammer strength 45lb (perside)x10 55x8 70x7
Flyes incline 40x10 45x10 50x10

Dips 4 sets 8 reps
CGB 135x6 145x5
SK 40x15 60x12 70x10 110x3
Rope pull downs superset with Press downs
not sure of weight (at new gym) 2 sets

Highlights: Well first time in about 10 years that I did DB bench press. Hit 75x5 for my last set not to bad for me I think. Over all this was a good workout. Also pretty happy with the dips....and decided to hit back and Bi sunday if I can then take off till July 10th

Lowlights: Only that I am weak on certain exercises.
