Flat dumbbell benches.9x70,6x80,3x90,3x90
Seated chest press....4x270,5x275, tried 280, only got it about 1/2 way.
Dumbbell pullovers...10x80,10x85
Power rack extensions..10x65,5x85,7x85(with spot)
Upper cable pushdowns..10x160,10x165,10x165(last set with straight bar)
Dips...................5x80,5x80,5x80
Reverse grip pushdowns.10x105,10x105,7x115
