V handle pressdowns 4 sets forget weight at new Y so not sure last set was one setting off whole stack
Kickback 25x10 35x10
6 mins on treadmill-hit the panic button and stopped it there LOL..Swimming with kids for 40 mns

Highlights: Couple of minor ASPR all in all a good solid workout. Sure if I had a spotter could have hit a few more reps...all good

LOwlights: Just do not like the New Ymca but the kids do...
