Chest and back...warm-ups not included

Deadlift 225X10, 230X6 for 4 sets (New PR, due to laziness, lol, because I didn't want to do 5 sets of 10 reps..)

SS:
BO row 160X10, 160X8 4 sets
Incline bench 4 sets 130X6, 130X5

SS:
Narrow lat pull 140X9, 7, 6, 130X8, 8
DB Bench 60'sX8, 4 sets 60'sX6

SS:
Wide cable row 130X8, 7, 6, 6, 6 figured out how i got thebruise on my ribcage, lol
Incline DB flyes 5 sets 40'sX8

30 min cross country on elliptical in THR zone.
