Lying Side Leg Raise 3 sets of 15

Lying  Leg raises 3 sets of 15

Lying Side  Leg Tucks 3 sets of 15

superman 3 sets one minute

Swung the 70s up on inclines and did 9 reps.  I think I couldn't do the inclines last week because swinging up that much weight just scared me.  I have no clue why the flat bench seems less scary than the incline. Anyway, I am very pleased. I find dumbbell presses much more difficult do do than barbell presses fro a rack.
